These vegan mini pies have a flaky, gluten-free crust that is full of fruity flavors. Great for a snack or sweet treat! Ingredients:
Instructions:Warm the oven up to 190C 375F Pulse gluten-free flour and vegan butter together in a food processor until the mixture looks like crumbles Add cold water little by little until dough forms Press the dough into a square and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes Berries, maple syrup, cornstarch, lemon juice, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl Put equal amounts of chilled dough into each mini pie mold and press the dough into each one Put the berry mix into each pie Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown Wait until it's cool to serve
