Instructions:Start by heating the oven up to 400F 200C Put the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper Use a fork to make holes all over the surface of the pastry Use a beaten egg to cover the dough Add the red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and sliced zucchini to a bowl Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper Spread the vegetables out evenly on top of the puff pastry The grated Parmesan, Old Amsterdam, and crumbled Cambozola cheeses should be spread out over the vegetables Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses are melted and bubbling Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it Before serving, sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves
