Instructions:Warm the oven up to 175F 350C Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it Pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs should all be mixed together well in a large bowl Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves together in a different bowl Just until they are mixed, stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean Let it cool all the way down before frosting it Cream cheese and butter should be mixed together until they are smooth Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract slowly while beating the mixture until it is smooth and creamy Frost the pumpkin bars after they have cooled Serve it cut up into squares
