Instructions:In a large pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat Add diced onion and saut until translucent Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks Stir in minced garlic, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon Add butternut squash, carrots, celery, and bone broth to the pot Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until vegetables are tender Stir in coconut milk and zucchini, and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes Finally, add chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted Season with sea salt to taste Serve hot and enjoy!
