Instructions:Preheat oven to 375F 190C Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat Sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then transfer to a baking dish Place one wine bottle cork under each chicken breast Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through Meanwhile, in the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat Add minced garlic and chopped onion, saut until softened Sprinkle flour over the onion and garlic, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes Slowly pour in red wine, stirring to combine and scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet Add chicken broth and let the sauce simmer until thickened, about 5-7 minutes Once chicken is done, remove from oven and serve with the red wine sauce Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
