These Buffalo Chicken Potstickers have the flavors of buffalo chicken wrapped in a crunchy potsticker shell. Great for parties or as a fun change from regular potstickers! Ingredients:
Instructions:Ground chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, green onions, and blue cheese crumbles should all be mixed together well in a bowl In the middle of a potsticker wrapper, put a small amount of the chicken mixture Wet the edges of the wrapper, then fold it in half and crimp the edges to close Do it again with the rest of the wrappers and filling Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-low heat In a single layer, add the potstickers Cook for about two to three minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the pan, then cover right away to steam the potstickers for three to four minutes, or until they are fully cooked Take off the lid and let any water that's still in there evaporate Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side for dipping
